Stuart Miles Solicitor

I predominately deal with forfeiture and First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) matters. I also advise on appeals, ground rent reviews, complex titles, unregistered leases and the impact of insolvency in property law.

I enjoy dealing with the technical arguments that arise from my workload. I consider myself to be a conscientious individual and I am constantly striving to develop my knowledge of property law. Achieving the best possible results in a timely manner is extremely important to me and is always at the forefront of my mind.

My rule always was to do the business of the day in the day.
