I predominately deal with forfeiture and First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) matters. I also advise on appeals, ground rent reviews, complex titles, unregistered leases and the impact of insolvency in property law.
Duke of Wellington, Arthur Wellesley
My rule always was to do the business of the day in the day.
- Forfeiture of a head lease consisting of over one hundred underleases.
- Appeal of the Court’s decision to refuse to grant indemnity costs and possession pursuant to section 138 of the County Courts Act 1984.
- Forfeiture of an unregistered residential lease, obtaining registration of the lease at HM Land Registry as a term of relief.
- Application to the FTT to dispense with the requirements to consult under section 20 of Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
