- 2a. Pre issue letter (Debtor is instructed to pay you directly) - £10.00 plus VAT; or
- 2b. Instruct us on a no recovery, no fee basis - we seek our costs from Debtor - we collect payment.

The Legal Process
The legal process initially involves a property search at the Land Registry and reviewing the lease terms.
Immediately the claim is ready for issue, proceedings are issued online in the County Court. Interest is also claimed and paid to you upon recovery.
For your information we calculate costs claimed from the Debtor on a time spent basis.
We seek judgement at the earliest opportunity. Upon judgement, we seek the debt, our legal costs and interest from any Mortgagee.
Disputed Claims
If a claim becomes disputed or unusually complex then we reserve the right to discuss alternative payment terms. We also reserve the right as to which claims we issue on a no recovery, no fee basis. However, the vast majority of claims proceed on a no recovery, no fee basis.
In most cases instructions are actioned upon the day of receipt.
We provide detailed spreadsheet reporting for large block collections.
We can also fund court fee disbursements on your behalf.
