Collective Enfranchisement

Enfranchisement protects a leaseholder’s interest in their property and adds value.  Similarly a landlord will wish to ensure that their investment value is maximised.

We act for both landlords and leaseholders in all aspects of collective enfranchisement, from company formation to completion of the transfer.
