Loren’s roles and responsibilities consist of receiving and handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence.

She deals with queries as they arise to establish the best outcome for the client. Loren also looks after incoming and outgoing post, deals with all tasks that become due or are allocated by her line manager, ensuring any specific instruction or advice is understood and followed.

Loren also carries out any facilities duties such as retrieving files from archive, helping staff with scanning, pagination and copy jobs as well as providing stationery and paper around the office.
