Natalie’s role encompasses proactively managing L&D enquiries, identifying issues/responding to feedback and highlighting themes or service improvements as appropriate.

Natalie's role focusses on ensuring an excellent level of customer service and stakeholder management is provided to internal colleagues and external clients. Natalie will be assisting with the creation of an annual internal training programme; feeding into the short and long-term learning and development requirements through data analysis and stakeholder management
