Paralegal

Nester is a Paralegal at JB Leitch, working within the Recoveries Team and is responsible for managing the pre-issue recovery of outstanding service charges and arrears from leaseholders and freeholders who have breached their lease and transfer covenants.

A key aspect of the role involves resolving lessee disputes while ensuring that client interests are consistently protected.

Through effective negotiation and case management, Nester works to secure timely recoveries while maintaining compliance with legal and procedural requirements.

Nester shares the company values of delivering high-quality service, maintaining transparency, and protecting client interests. Through strategic and professional case management, Nester contributes to the effective resolution of recovery matters.
