Case Management Developer

We are seeking a Case Management Developer with at least 2 years of case management development experience to join our dedicated IT & Systems Team. Description

The successful candidate will be directly involved in the design, development, testing and maintenance of our case management applications and work alongside our existing developers to design, build and integrate new processes and workflows and assist in the day-to-day management of the firm’s Case Management System.

Main Duties:

  • Participate in all phases of the Case Management software development life cycle, adhering to agreed standards and methodologies
  • To identify, assess and review existing and required processes both on and off system
  • To analyse processes and workflows and identify automations, modifications, improvements and additions
  • Undertake project work
  • To proactively suggest improvements that could be made to the software, workflows and/or working practices
  • To implement and manage the integration of processes through effective testing, trials, consultations and roll outs
  • Development of solutions or fixes where appropriate
  • Work closely with other members of the systems development and support teams to offer integrated solutions
  • Provide training and support where applicable
  • To document the technical procedures and develop reference materials for the applications including operations, user guides and/or training manuals
  • Act as subject matter expert relating to all CMS interfaces and systems
