The role

To bring our clients cases to a successful resolution. Represent our clients professionally, achieving the desired outcome, which is to recover monies owed to our clients timely and accurately.

Job Types: Full-time and Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00 per year but we’re open to talk salary

What we’re looking for

  • Resilience, patience, empathy and a calm and professional manner are a must
  • Experience in navigating challenging conversations would be helpful
  • You’ll need experience in writing professional emails, letters and managing calls
  • If you’ve worked with a case management system previously that would be great but proficiency in using Microsoft applications is all you would need
  • We are a law firm, so accuracy and professionalism are required
