Lead Case Management Developer

We are seeking a Lead Case Management Developer to lead the design, development, testing and maintenance of the firm’s Case Management Applications.

Candidates with relevant experience of Proclaim can be considered for the role.



The successful candidate will work with the existing Systems Developers and drive the design, build and implementation of new workflows and processes, along with maintaining and improving existing workflows and processes.

Main Duties:

  • Control and participate in all phases of the Case Management software development life cycle, adhering to agreed standards and methodologies.
  • Identify, assess and review the existing and required processes within the firm both on and off system
  • Analyse processes and workflows and identify automations, modifications, improvements and required additions
  • Proactively suggest improvements that could be made to the software, workflows and/or working practices
  • Implement and manage the integration of the improved or additional processes through effective testing, trials, consultations and roll outs and thereafter refining and redefining as necessary
  • Development of solutions or fixes where appropriate
  • To ensure all staff are trained and familiar with new or improved processes and procedures
  • Work closely with other members of the systems development and support teams to offer integrated solutions
  • Document the technical procedures and develop reference materials for the applications including operations, user guides and/or training manuals
  • Adhere to the company’s information security policies, and protect information assets from unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference at all times
  • Participate in regular meetings with IT, System and Development teams to discuss progress and issues to be resolved
  • Undertake project work as required
  • Perform specifically delegated tasks to support other members of the firm
  • Act as subject matter expert relating to all case management interfaces and systems
