Helen is a highly experienced specialist property litigator, providing valuable and highly versatile support to clients in complex commercial and residential disputes.

Enjoying excellent relationships both internally and with her clients, Helen is not only enthusiastic but highly collaborative, striving for positive client outcomes in both her own matters and those of others in the team.

Helen’s extensive experience, gained from over 20 years’ PQE, has spanned the Court of Appeal, Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber), First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), High Court and County Courts, as well as utilising mediation skills wherever possible.

Helen’s principal areas of practice include the handling of disputes relating to commercial and mixed-use properties, with a particular specialism in:

Breaches of lease such as rent and service charge arrears
Disrepair, permitted use and dilapidations claims
Forfeiture
