My established knowledge of the firm’s processes and clients mean I am in the best position to coach junior colleagues on a day to day basis.
I joined JB Leitch in May 2006 and was promoted to Litigation Executive in 2009. I am able to use my knowledge of the firm and its clients to ensure that client reports are correct and prepared in a timely manner and to assist senior colleagues with auditing files. In my new role as Development Coach, I work in partnership with our Learning and Development Officer to ensure processes are being correctly followed which involves mentoring junior colleagues to ensure they reach their potential.
