Mike is a Paralegal within JB Leitch’s Technical and Complex department, supporting Solicitors on a wide range of property litigation matters.

His responsibilities include pursuing recovery of ground rent and service charge arrears, handling breach of lease claims, and assisting with the drafting of complex legal documents.

Working closely with Clients, Solicitors, Landlords and Leaseholders, Mike plays a key role in managing disputes and achieving effective outcomes for Clients.

During our long relationship, JB Leitch has become part of our core team. Their Landlord and Tenant advice is authoritative and clear, and they understand our sector inside out. Their credit control service is highly effective, but also sensitive to the wider relationship we have with our leaseholders
