Right to Manage & Collective Enfranchisement

Expert help and advice for landlords and leaseholders

Right to Manage

As experienced right to manage solicitors, we have detailed knowledge of the law in this area and how to apply it.

RTM claims can be technically challenging but we advise landlords or leaseholders on all issues, from straightforward applications through to complex and defended claims.

We undertake the formation of RTM companies, exercise the right to manage on behalf of leaseholders and represent landlords dealing with applications received from leaseholders.

Collective Enfranchisement

Enfranchisement protects a leaseholder’s interest in their property and adds value.  Similarly a landlord will wish to ensure that their investment value is maximised.

We act for both landlords and leaseholders in all aspects of collective enfranchisement, from company formation to completion of the transfer.

The legal process involved can be complex but JB Leitch will provide expert advice, whether we’re acting for landlord or leaseholder.
