Alice is our Learning & Engagement Manager at JB Leitch, responsible for designing and implementing a learning strategy that aligns with the firm’s goals.

Alice develops and delivers training sessions, workshops, and eLearning initiatives to enhance employee skills and support professional development.

In addition to learning and development, Alice creates engagement initiatives to improve employee motivation, satisfaction, and retention. By fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, Alice ensures that employees are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
