Client Relationship Manager

Bernadette Ingham is the Client Relationship Manager for the ground rent clients at JB Leitch.

She is usually the clients first port of call with regard to queries raised by e-mail or telephone in relation to ground or insurance matters that have been referred to JB Leitch which are spread out amongst numerous people within the firm as well as Bernadette herself. Bernadette endeavours to meet the needs of the clients as quickly and efficiently as possible.

During our long relationship, JB Leitch has become part of our core team. Their Landlord and Tenant advice is authoritative and clear, and they understand our sector inside out. Their credit control service is highly effective, but also sensitive to the wider relationship we have with our leaseholders
