Charlotte Crossley-Smith

Paralegal

Charlotte works within the technical and complex team, assisting with complex property litigation matters and service charge disputes.

Her work focuses on matters within the First-tier Tribunal in respect of dispensation of Section 20 consultation requirements, Section 27A reasonableness and payability of service charges

Charlotte’s workload involves reviewing complex disputes, drafting legal documents, preparing hearing bundles, providing advice to clients and liaising with relevant parties including the Tribunal, Court and Counsel. She primarily assists Fee Earners in both First-tier Tribunal and litigated matters in relation to service charges, breaches of lease, fire safety remedial works and building safety works.

Their credit control service is highly effective, but also sensitive to the wider relationship we have with our leaseholders
