Paralegal

Emma is a paralegal who works in our Technical and Complex Team dealing with a broad range of complex matters involving litigation through the Courts and Tribunals. Emma has been with JB Leitch for 3 years and has worked in a variety of departments including the Forfeiture Team and Technical Complex Team.

Emma primarily deals with arrears of service charge and breach of Lease. Emma also assists with Property Litigation such as Applications for determination of liability regarding the payability and reasonableness of service charges through the First Tier Tribunal and cases within the Courts relating to service charge or breach of Lease.

Her role involves drafting documents, advising landlord and managing company clients, corresponding with other party solicitors, leaseholders and lenders relating to the instructed matter.

During our long relationship, JB Leitch has become part of our core team. Their Landlord and Tenant advice is authoritative and clear, and they understand our sector inside out. Their credit control service is highly effective, but also sensitive to the wider relationship we have with our leaseholders
