Emma Thomas

Solicitor

Emma is an Associate Solicitor working within the Technical & Complex Team. Emma joined JB Leitch’s Technical & Complex Team in September 2021 upon qualifying as a Solicitor in August 2021. Emma has since developed strong legal knowledge surrounding landlord and tenant disputes and has gained considerable experience in recovering ground rent and service charge arrears on behalf of a variety of clients within the County Court.

In her role, Emma manages a substantial caseload of litigated breach of lease matters due to non-payment of ground rent and service charges. Emma frequently provides strategic legal advice to clients on the merits of recoverability, risk and settlement.

Emma enjoys sharing her experience and knowledge with junior members of the Team.
