Esma has worked within the property sector for 7 years with a wide range of knowledge in property related matters.

Esma's role sees her reviewing and actioning disputes that have been escalated to the Dispute Team (defended & disputed), including split and aged debts as well as responding to debtors and liaising with clients to ensure swift responses are provided for the recovery of the debt. Esma ensures cases are progressed through to legal action without delays.

During our long relationship, JB Leitch has become part of our core team. Their Landlord and Tenant advice is authoritative and clear, and they understand our sector inside out. Their credit control service is highly effective, but also sensitive to the wider relationship we have with our leaseholders
