Frazer’s role at JB Leitch is to ensure the Service Charge Recoveries Department performs efficiently, by maximising the collection of outstanding sums and the use of resources available.

As part of his role, he works closely with the Client Service Director, Operations Manager and Client Relationship Managers to provide analysis of statistics within the department. Frazer has gained an in depth knowledge of the full recoveries process, which is used to continually review and update the procedures utilised in the department. Frazer liaises with the wider department to understand the training needs of colleagues, produces training materials and delivers ongoing training.
