Gill aligns financial operations with long term business goals, from budgeting to forecasting to compliance and audit readiness building processes that are robust and agile.
Gill reports to the Finance Director, Andrew Taylor, and leads a high performing finance team, credit control team & the business analyst, to drive transparency, accountability and innovation.
Gill’s core expertise are business finance packs for financial reporting, strategic monitoring, variance analysis for budget & forecasting, internal audit and controls for compliance.
