As a team leader of the service charge recoveries team, Greg oversees operations to recover outstanding balances on behalf of a diverse portfolio of clients. His primary focus is to ensure effective communication with lessees, working diligently to resolve arrears and achieve timely debt recovery in line with our clients’ expectations.

In addition to managing day-to-day casework, Greg leads a skilled team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes efficiency and excellent customer service. By combining expertise in debt recovery with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, Greg aims to deliver solutions that meet the needs of clients.

With a proactive approach to leadership and a dedication to continuous improvement, Greg is committed to maintaining high standards in service charge recovery while supporting professional growth and development within his team.
