Client Relationship Manager

Having previously worked within the Forfeiture Department, assessing pre-legal forfeiture claims on behalf of a wide range of landlords and management companies, Jaron has built a strong foundation of technical knowledge and client-focused expertise. In his earlier role within the Collections team, he was responsible for managing instructions and team workloads to ensure that all actions were taken in the client’s best interests during the recovery of arrears. This included regularly escalating and reviewing files internally and with clients, using feedback to refine processes and lead best practice.

Today, as a highly respected Client Relationship Manager at JB Leitch, Jaron continues to bring this depth of experience to his work. Having progressed through various roles within the firm, he has developed an extensive understanding of both the operational processes and the services offered, enabling him to provide an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

Jaron works closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, taking the time to understand their unique needs, objectives, and challenges. He ensures the right processes are in place to progress matters efficiently and achieve timely resolutions, while also identifying opportunities to add value.
