Jonathan is the owner and founder of JB Leitch Ltd, involved in all aspects of the business.

Jonathan established the firm in 1997 with a commercial litigation specialism. Over time, opportunities arose to handle contentious residential leasehold cases. By conducting cases to the highest standards and finding innovative solutions to clients’ problems, Jonathan has developed a niche firm which is now the largest in the country specialising in the law applicable to long leasehold residential and mixed-use properties.

As the firm’s Principal Solicitor and Director, Jonathan takes a hands-on approach to the development and direction of the firm, formulating and implementing growth strategy whilst maintaining active involvement in day-to-day operations, the management of the business’ central services and solicitor development through the monitoring of high-risk cases, ensuring quality and consistency of approach.

In 2019, Jonathan was included in The Property Management 50, managed by the Flat Living and Property Management Recruitment team. This accolade recognises individual excellence within the property management sector, with Jonathan lauded for his delivery and consistency of industry-leading innovation and high service levels.
