Kai began his career as part of the Process team at JB Leitch, managing files according to the client's specifications and the team's standards, ensuring that they were ready for the next stage of the process. Kai is adept at analysing data from various sources and detects any errors, gaps, or inconsistencies.

In September 2024, Kai joined the firm's Business Development team, bringing his enthusiasm and focus to supporting a wider range of client management, client development and commercial projects.

Kai shares the company values of keeping clients informed, measuring performance, innovating, valuing relationships, committing to best practice and knowledge sharing, and maintaining quality as standard.
