She works closely with managing agents, landlords and property professionals to understand their challenges and ensure the firm's services continue to meet their evolving needs.

With more than 20 years' experience in the residential and commercial property management sector, Karen is one of the industry's most recognised and respected professionals. A two-time PM50 "Legend", she has built a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing landlords, managing agents and management companies.

Karen's focus is on building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring clients receive a responsive, high-quality service. She works across the business to help shape services that deliver practical value and support clients' long-term success.

Known for her collaborative and approachable style, Karen has built many long-standing relationships across the sector and is a trusted point of contact for clients and industry partners alike.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys supporting her husband and son at cricket matches and spending time with her daughter.
