A leading light within the industry, awarded “Legend” status in the PM 50 Awards twice in recent years, there is little that Karen does not know about the leasehold property management market and effective client management.

Karen leads the firm’s drive to grow and develop our client base and services whilst providing an innate understanding the key challenges, opportunities and solutions available to landlords, managing agents and management companies in a time of significant change within the industry.

In the role of Business Development Director, Karen spearheads our client acquisition and commercial development, ensuring that JB Leitch continues to set the standard for added value, quality of service and positive results.

Karen also leads new product and service development and through strategic leadership of the Communications & Marketing & Business Development teams, continuing to ensure clients receive first class service, practical insights and clear guidance.

During our long relationship, JB Leitch has become part of our core team. Their Landlord and Tenant advice is authoritative and clear, and they understand our sector inside out. Their credit control service is highly effective, but also sensitive to the wider relationship we have with our leaseholders
