Lisa is an experienced HR professional with over 12 years of expertise in the field, including 7 years in managerial roles. Holding a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and an Associate CIPD postgraduate qualification, Lisa has worked across various industries, including retail, manufacturing, and professional services. Before joining JB Leitch, Lisa held a strategic leadership role in a growing professional services business, focusing on shaping HR strategy and organisational development.
As Head of People, Lisa is responsible for aligning the People strategy with the firm’s overall business objectives. Working closely with senior leaders, Lisa helps define and communicate the company’s culture, values, and mission while developing strategies that support long-term growth. In addition to strategic leadership, Lisa oversees the day-to-day operations of the People function, covering areas such as talent attraction, reward, training and development, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and governance. Leading a team of People professionals, Lisa ensures that HR systems, processes, and budgets are aligned with best practices and industry standards.
