Client Relationship Manager

Melissa’s main role is to ensure that managing agents within the firm have a nominated point of contact to discuss any referred case whilst helping to maintain and grow the relationship.

Melissa handles inbound queries from our clients and communicates solutions for any non-standard scenarios that may arise, with input from her solicitor colleagues.

She regularly liaises on the progression of active cases through reporting/conference calls and looks to make annual visits where possible. All referrals are dealt with promptly following receipt by Melissa and it is her role to provide the best service possible to recover monies as efficiently as possible.

During our long relationship, JB Leitch has become part of our core team. Their Landlord and Tenant advice is authoritative and clear, and they understand our sector inside out. Their credit control service is highly effective, but also sensitive to the wider relationship we have with our leaseholders
