With over a decade of experience at JB Leitch, Melissa became a Client Relationship Manager in 2018 after progressing quickly from her initial role as a Legal Assistant. Her career journey through multiple positions within the firm has given her a deep understanding of JB Leitch’s specialist services and operational processes.

As a dedicated Client Relationship Manager, Melissa prioritises building meaningful, long-term partnerships with her clients, focusing on delivering exceptional service and tangible results. She is committed to maintaining consistent engagement and open feedback channels, enabling her to fully understand each client’s unique goals and challenges while delivering tailored solutions that add real value.
