Operations Manager

Nicola’s role at JB Leitch is to ensure we perform to the highest standard and exceed our client’s expectations every day. Ensuring the cases are dealt with promptly and the opportunity to collect the outstanding sums are maximised.

Nicola has regular meetings with the Client Relationship Managers to review their live cases and assist with any problematic cases. She also identity any issues by carrying out regular audits recording outcomes on our internal compliance system.

Nicola works closely with the Business Development Director and the Client Service Director to ensure the client’s needs are met. Reviewing our working practices, seeking continuous improvement to work more efficiently to ensure we are always one step ahead of our competitors.

Nicola has a wealth of experience in both operational and people management within the retail, telecoms and legal sector. Her passion is to improve overall performance always looking at new innovative ways of working to ensure as a team we are the very best that we can be.

Nicola gains great satisfaction from watching individuals grow within their roles and achieve their true potential.
