Peter Humphreys

Associate

Peter is a Property Litigation Associate within the Technical & Complex Department of the Firm.

He has been in private practice for well over a decade, having qualified as a Solicitor in 2012 and specialises in all areas of Property Litigation. He joined the firm as a Solicitor in May 2013, being one of the Firm’s longest standing employees.

Peter regularly acts for some of the UK’s largest corporate landlords and property management companies.

His knowledge and experience in the Property Litigation field is extensive.

His work primarily consists of high value financial disputes in various forums, including the County Court and Tribunal (First-tier and Upper), in particular pertaining to service charges and rentcharges.
