Peter Humphreys


Peter is a highly experienced property litigation solicitor and acts primarily for corporate landlords, management companies, including right to manage companies and their managing agents (which includes some of the United Kingdom’s largest and most prestigious property management companies).

Peter has responsibility for some of the firm’s more complex property litigation matters; with areas of work including high value residential and commercial service charge recoveries, forfeiture, trespass, injunctive and breach of lease proceedings, including where such areas of work contain agency, planning, harassment and insolvency issues.

Peter also acts for clients in relation to First-tier and Upper Tribunal (Property Chamber) proceedings, including in relation to applications pertaining to reasonableness, lease amendment and interpretation, costs, managerial appointment and dispensation from statutory consultation.
