Rio works within the Technical and Complex team, focusing on property litigation and specialist service charge matters.

He provides support on cases brought before the First-tier Tribunal, particularly those involving Section 20 dispensation applications and Section 27A determinations of service charge reasonableness.

Rio’s responsibilities include reviewing disputes, preparing legal documents and hearing bundles, and maintaining close communication with clients, Counsel, and the Tribunal. He supports Fee Earners across a variety of matters including service charge recovery, lease compliance, and building safety disputes, playing an important role in the delivery of high-quality outcomes for clients.
