Working on the client administration team, Taylor specialises in service charge and ground rent debt recovery.

Taylor has expertise in court proceedings to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

His role includes liaising with mortgage lenders, processing recovered payments, and managing communications across emails and post with our clients to keep them updated the best we can.

Taylor has completed a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.

During our long relationship, JB Leitch has become part of our core team. Their Landlord and Tenant advice is authoritative and clear, and they understand our sector inside out. Their credit control service is highly effective, but also sensitive to the wider relationship we have with our leaseholders
