Emma Baker is a Paralegal at JB Leitch, working within the Collections Team. Emma’s role primarily involves the recovery of outstanding arrears, including the collection of overdue payments. She is also responsible for accurately processing incoming payments and maintaining up-to-date financial records and personal details.

In addition, Emma corresponds with leaseholders to address queries, provide updates, and resolve account-related issues. By ensuring clear communication and efficient resolution, Emma helps support the smooth management of collections matters while maintaining a professional and client-focused approach.
