Jhana Duggan

Jhana's role focuses on assisting matters in respect of dispensation of Section 20 consultation requirements, section 27A reasonableness and payability of service charges.

She primarily assists Fee Earners in both First-tier Tribunal and litigated matters to service charges, breaches of lease, fire safety remedial works and building safety works. Her workload involves drafting legal documents, reviewing complex disputes, preparing hearing bundles, providing advice to clients and liaising with relevant parties including the Tribunal, Court and Counsel.

She studied Law at Liverpool John Moores University, completing her Bachelor of Laws in 2024. After obtaining her degree, Jhana proceeded with her postgraduate studies securing her LPC/LLM in September this year. Jhana combines academic knowledge with practical insights to support her team.
