Jordan assist's in the early stages of lease enforcement by supporting the legal team in managing cases of commercial lease breaches.

His responsibilities include reviewing leases and identifying potential breaches, preparing and issuing initial warning letters or notices, and maintaining accurate case records.

Jordan liaises with landlords, tenants, and agents to ensure timely communication and resolution where possible before legal action is pursued. He also assist's with gathering evidence, drafting preliminary legal correspondence, and ensuring compliance with relevant property laws and procedures.

His role requires a strong understanding of lease terms, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive landlord-tenant issues effectively.
