Katie is a paralegal in the Technical & Complex team, assisting with arrears recovery in relation to commercial property matters.

Katie’s role primarily involves advising and assisting the Landlords and Management Companies on the recoverability of unpaid service charges and ground rent. She is responsible for reviewing title records, drafting legal documents regarding breaches of lease, analysing and addressing disputes, and liaising with relevant parties.

Through her strong client-focus and organisational skills, Katie enjoys sharing the company values of delivering a high-quality service and achieving successful outcomes.

During our long relationship, JB Leitch has become part of our core team. Their Landlord and Tenant advice is authoritative and clear, and they understand our sector inside out.
