As the leader of JB Leitch’s fast-paced Collections department, I oversee the setup of all new cases in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring operational excellence from the outset. Our team works closely with leaseholders and freeholders to recover outstanding service charges and ground rent, while also managing pre-legal disputes with professionalism and care.

On a daily basis, I collaborate with Team Leaders to assess workload and set priorities, using advanced reporting tools to monitor case progression and drive efficiency. I’m passionate about exploring innovative ways of working, leveraging new technologies to enhance our processes and deliver exceptional client service.

My role involves cross-functional communication throughout the business, maintaining high standards and a client-first mindset in everything we do. As a woman in senior management, I am proud to say my experience at JB Leitch has been one of support and growth. I have been empowered to lead authentically, embrace change, and champion new ideas—both as a professional and as a person.
