The Role
As a Office Services Coordinator , you’ll be the friendly face and reliable support behind the scenes that keeps our office running smoothly. This role blends front-of-house reception duties with facilities coordination, helping to create a welcoming, safe, and efficient environment for colleagues, clients, and visitors alike.
You’ll be managing day-to-day communications, preparing meeting rooms, supporting events, handling office supplies, and ensuring our shared spaces reflect the high standards of the firm. You’ll also play a key role in health and safety compliance and collaborate with teams across the business to resolve issues and deliver great service.

· Proactive and adaptable – ready to solve problems and take initiative
· Experience in a customer-facing or office support role is a plus
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office and office systems (e.g. desk/room booking)
· Awareness of health and safety procedures is desirable
