People Operations Coordinator

Rhiannon Ricklesford is a People Operations Coordinator at JB Leitch, responsible for overseeing the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to leavers. In the onboarding stage, Rhiannon manages pre-employment documentation, completes reference and Right to Work checks, updates internal systems, liaises with departments such as IT, Facilities, and Systems, and ensures everything is in place for a smooth first day.

During employment, Rhiannon acts as a point of contact for queries relating to HR policies, benefits, and general employee matters, as well as managing leave records and updating systems following role changes. She has taken ownership of the benefits process, ensuring employees are added to the relevant platforms and have access to their entitlements. Rhiannon also supports recruitment by advertising roles, managing and shortlisting applications, and arranging initial interviews.

A key part of Rhiannon’s role involves improving and developing company efficiencies, People strategies, and processes to benefit the business, employees, and clients alike. She manages projects such as system upgrades, process relaunches, and the design and implementation of new employee processes, particularly for onboarding.
