Sinead's primary responsibilities include preparing and issuing Part 8 claims in addition to engaging with leaseholders, lenders, and clients regarding outstanding balances, addressing enquiries and resolving disputes effectively.

Additionally, Sinead's role involves the reviewing of Section 146 Notices and possession claims prior to initiating forfeiture proceedings with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and professionalism. Sinead ensures that forfeiture matters are handled efficiently and in line with legal requirements. By maintaining clear communication with all parties, Sinead supports smooth case progression.
