Tess's role involves preparing and issuing Section 146 notices, drafting possession claims, liaising with leaseholders, lenders, and related parties via email and over the phone, resolving disputes and addressing property-related and legal queries.

She focuses on clear professional communication in dealing with queries and disputes, ensuring our client is at the centre of all that we do and their needs are not only met but exceeded, making sure we hold the most up to date legal documentation and all files are organised to reflect this to allow for maximum efficiency when settling cases.

During our long relationship, JB Leitch has become part of our core team. Their Landlord and Tenant advice is authoritative and clear, and they understand our sector inside out. Their credit control service is highly effective, but also sensitive to the wider relationship we have with our leaseholders
