Aimee is part of the Technical and Complex team, supporting Fee Earners on a wide range of property litigation and service charge disputes.

Her role covers cases before the First-tier Tribunal, including applications for dispensation of Section 20 consultation requirements and determinations under Section 27A concerning the reasonableness and payability of service charges.

Day to day, Aimee assists with analysing complex disputes, drafting legal documentation, preparing hearing bundles, and providing practical support to clients. She liaises regularly with the Tribunal, Court, and Counsel to ensure cases progress efficiently, with experience in both Tribunal and litigated matters relating to service charges, lease breaches, and building safety issues.

During our long relationship, JB Leitch has become part of our core team. Their Landlord and Tenant advice is authoritative and clear, and they understand our sector inside out. Their credit control service is highly effective, but also sensitive to the wider relationship we have with our leaseholders
