Alexandra deals with a wide of both commercial and residential property litigation matters. Alexandra’s areas of expertise range from commercial and residential forfeiture, debt recovery, breach of covenant, enforcement and service charge disputes, predominately in the First Tier Tribunal (Property) Chamber.

Alexandra heads up the forfeiture department at JB Leitch. The forfeiture team is made up of litigation executives, paralegals and legal administrators all supervised by Alexandra. The team deal with a high volume of residential forfeiture matters based on monetary breaches and deal with the service of notices before forfeiture, possession proceedings, applications, hearing preparation and general advice on the forfeiture process and enforcement.

Alongside Alexandra’s caseload of technical and complex work, Alexandra also oversees the commercial recoveries team who deal with commercial property litigation matters ranging from high value debt recovery, forfeiture, CRAR, disclaimer, unauthorised alterations and use to general breaches of covenant.

Alexandra develops and delivers clear in person training sessions to both clients and colleagues across the business, produces training guides and wider reading materials for our internal learning platform and has been involved in the implementation of new operational processes and development plans for our paralegals.
