Mark Scarisbrick

Client Services Director

Mark Scarisbrick is Client Services Director at JB Leitch, leading the firm's Service Charge and Ground Rent Collections teams while providing operational support to the Technical and Complex teams as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. With more than 25 years at JB Leitch, Mark has built his career around one simple principle – putting clients first. Whether he's supporting colleagues behind the scenes or working directly with clients, his focus is always on delivering the best possible service.

Having worked alongside Jonathan and Michelle Leitch since the 1980s, Mark has played an important role in the firm's journey and growth. Over the years, he has developed extensive knowledge of service charge and ground rent collections, client reporting and the day-to-day challenges faced by landlords and managing agents. Clients know they can pick up the phone to him when they need an update, have a question or need help resolving an issue, and he prides himself on providing clear, practical advice and responding as quickly as possible.

One of the things Mark enjoys most about his role is building long-term relationships with clients and getting to know their businesses. He understands that legal matters can often feel complex, so he focuses on explaining things in a straightforward way, avoiding unnecessary legal jargon wherever possible. He also enjoys supporting colleagues across the business, sharing the experience he's gained over many years in the industry and helping others develop their knowledge and confidence.

For Mark, delivering great client service is about more than meeting expectations – it's about being approachable, reliable and always willing to help. He believes that working hard, treating people with respect and building strong relationships are the foundations of lasting success, both for clients and for the team at JB Leitch.

Outside of work, Mark is a keen Parkrunner and enjoys keeping active with daily step challenges and long countryside walks with his Springer Spaniel in North Wales. He's also a lifelong supporter of Everton Football Club and St Helens Rugby League Football Club, and enjoys spending time with family and friends whenever he gets the chance.
