As founder and owner of JB Leitch, Jonathan established the firm in 1997 and oversaw its growth into the market leader in residential leasehold and property management law.

Having stepped back from day-to-day business operations, Jonathan is now focused on his role as Chair in providing continuity and strategic support to Matt and the team.

Jonathan actively supports the firm’s continued evolution and growth through the availability of his knowledge and experience and, most importantly, ongoing investment into the business.

During our long relationship, JB Leitch has become part of our core team. Their Landlord and Tenant advice is authoritative and clear, and they understand our sector inside out. Their credit control service is highly effective, but also sensitive to the wider relationship we have with our leaseholders
