Legal Business Analyst

Location: Liverpool (Hybrid)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

About the Role

We're looking for a Legal Business Analyst to help drive process improvement, digital transformation, and operational efficiency across our Legal function. Acting as the link between Legal and IT teams, you'll work with stakeholders to analyse business processes, gather requirements, and support the delivery of technology solutions that improve the way we work.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with Legal and business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
Map and redesign processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual activity.
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Project Managers to support successful solution delivery.
Support testing, implementation, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

You'll have:

Previous experience in a Business Analyst role within a complex business or technology environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in process mapping, business process improvement, and requirements gathering.
Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Experience within Legal, Risk, Compliance, Professional Services, or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
