The Role

You’ll be managing a caseload of complex pre-legal disputes, helping to bring cases to a successful resolution for both our clients and the firm. You’ll be investigating disputes, negotiating settlements, and drafting pre-action correspondence – all while supporting junior team members and helping us maintain high standards across the department.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience handling debt recovery matters, especially pre-litigation
  • Good knowledge of pre-action protocols and civil procedure rules
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues
  • Comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Background in a legal or regulated financial services environment
