With extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles across a range of sectors, Lucy has a strong background in financial management, business planning and organisational development. She has worked alongside leadership teams to improve business performance, strengthen governance and support organisations through periods of growth and change.

Her focus is on providing clear financial insight that helps colleagues understand the commercial impact of their decisions. She enjoys turning complex financial information into practical advice, enabling teams across the business to make informed decisions with confidence while supporting sustainable growth.

Lucy is known for her collaborative and pragmatic approach, building strong relationships across the business and helping teams achieve shared goals.

Outside of work, Lucy enjoys cooking and baking for family and friends and is always looking to perfect a new recipe. She is a regular gym-goer and enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, stepdaughter and cat.
