When I joined JB Leitch in September 2023 as a Business Administration Apprentice on the Process Team, I started at the very beginning, setting up client files, learning systems, and understanding what precision and accountability really mean in practice.

I didn’t come in with a roadmap or a clear end goal, but I did come with a mindset: work hard, stay curious, and keep growing. Over time, that mindset has shaped everything I’ve done. What began as a process role has evolved into a position that bridges Marketing and Business Development, where I now contribute to creative and technical projects, from improving our Learning Management System to optimising our Client Relationship Management system, building tools that help us connect with clients more intelligently and consistently.

For me, being a man isn’t about titles or experience; it’s about how you show up every day. It’s about resilience, ownership, and being willing to learn, fail, and try again. Those values, learned early on through my family’s business, are the same values that drive me here at JB Leitch: to keep improving, keep contributing, and keep moving forward with purpose.
