Abby Wilson

Paralegal

Abby works within the technical and complex team and deals with property litigation matters and service charge disputes.

Abby primarily assists Fee Earners in both First-tier Tribunal and litigated matters involving breaches of lease, costs relating to fire safety remedial works and liaising with clients to provide advice. Abby’s workload consists of reviewing complex disputes, drafting statements of case and other legal documents, and liaising with relevant parties including the Court, the Tribunal and Counsel.

During our long relationship, JB Leitch has become part of our core team. Their Landlord and Tenant advice is authoritative and clear, and they understand our sector inside out. Their credit control service is highly effective, but also sensitive to the wider relationship we have with our leaseholders
